Q. Do you provide a walk-in service?
A. No, our services are currently available by appointment only.
Q. Are your services free of charge?
A. All our services are free of charge with the exception of our adult counselling service. We request a small contribution for adult counselling services. The amount contributed is at the woman's discretion.
Q. What are your public opening hours?
We are open to the public from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays, Good Friday and Christmas Eve), from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 4pm.
Q. Do you work with men?
No, we don't offer any services to men. Men subjected to domestic abuse can contact Men's Aid Ireland on their National Confidential Helpline – 01 554 3811
Q. Do you work with child on parent abuse
No, we do not work with women subjected to child on parent abuse or family violence. We work only with intimate partner abuse.
